Dave's career began on the options trading floor. As technology completely transformed the trading business, he adapted with it, which led him to found and ultimately sell multiple trading technology firms. Successful exits led him to investment banking which is how he has spent the past 10+ years. FinTech expertise and deep understanding of capital markets allows Dave to help his clients to achieve their dreams.
Mary Matyas
COO & AdTech/MarTech Vertical Lead
Mary spent her career as an operator at brands, agencies and technology companies in the AdTech and MarTech sector. After ten years running operations and client service at agencies and six years leading sales and client success at large AdTech firms, she ventured upstream and now helps companies achieve their potential by enabling M&A transactions and facilitating cap raises .
Tom Berk is a Senior Derivatives Analyst with 30 years of extensive experience in the trading and brokerage industry. He has a deep understanding of domestic and international financial markets, constantly seeking to optimize client portfolios.
